ALLEN RASSAS is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and Nashville School of Law. He has been actively involved in handling injury claims, and other contested matters. Previously he served as an intern with the office of the Montgomery County District Attorney, 19th Judicial District. He is a member of the Montgomery County and Tennessee Bar Association.

Allen is a fourth generation lawyer. His great grandfather, Wes Crozier was a Federal Administrative Law Judge, his grandfather, Waldo Rassas, started the firm in 1947 and his father, Mark Rassas, is considered one of this area’s preeminent trial lawyers.

Allen has deep roots in Clarksville. His other grandfather, Ted Crozier Sr., served as Mayor and his uncle Ted Crozier, Jr. served as Circuit Court Judge. Allen grew up in Clarksville, and has lived in Knoxville, Australia, and Atlanta. He has served as a referee and an official with the Hilldale basketball and football leagues. He also serves as president of the Cumberland Court HOA, and is a member of the Downtown Kiwanis Club. He is married to Becky Francis, owner of Rewind School of Dance.
