About Allen Rassas

Allen Rassas represents the fourth generation of his family to practice law in Clarksville, becoming a partner in 2023. Though his family’s roots are in the law, his first interest was business: he earned his degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and spent six years in Atlanta before returning home to enroll at the Nashville School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Today he focuses his practice on personal injury claims, family law, and criminal defense matters.
His connection to Clarksville runs deep. Allen followed his grandfather and father into the practice of law, and his other grandfather, former Mayor Colonel Ted Crozier, along with his uncle, circuit judge Ted Crozier Jr., into a family tradition of public service to the community.
Outside the office, Allen stays close to home — officiating for Hilldale recreation leagues, serving as president of the Cumberland Court HOA, and taking part in the Downtown Kiwanis Club.
I’ve followed my grandfather and my father into the law, and my other grandfather, former Mayor Ted Crozier, into a belief in this town. For me it comes down to believing in Clarksville and protecting my clients and their families.
